SUBSTANCE: transfer case has driving and first driven shafts and coaxial differential in which carrier hub is connected with driving shaft, one gear, with first driven shaft, and the other gear, through pair of constant-mesh gears and hub installed coaxially with driving shaft for free rotation, with second driven shaft. Differential carrier has additional hub. Both hubs of differential carrier and gear are provided with, for instance, internal gear rim, and driving shaft, constant-mesh gear hub and first driven shaft and housing are provided, for instance, with external gear rims. Differential is made for axial displacement to provide distribution of torque between driving shafts at direct drive and transform and distribute the torque with locking at slow speed.
