FIELD: valving. SUBSTANCE: device has housing, spindle with a seal mounted inside the housing, valve-control unit with ceramic movable and fixed plates provided with ports, and arrester of rotation. The seal of the spindle is made of two ceramic washers one of which is fixed with respect to the spindle and the other is movable with respect to the housing. A portion of the fixed plate is circular in the cross-section perpendicular to the axis whereas the portion that coaxial to it is noncircular in the cross- section. The arrester of rotation of the spindle is made up as curved bearing surfaces on the housing and spindle interacting at the end positions of the spindle. EFFECT: enhanced reliability. 4 dwg
