SUBSTANCE: device has memory unit 1, write signal generator 2, test unit 3, address code generation unit 4, control unit 5, microprogram control unit 6. Memory unit has random-access memory units and read- only memory units. During operations, each step of writing is checked and instructions are generated depending on results of tests. Instructions include: jump to next address, stop, fault chip indication, selection of output of matrix to be programmed during copy operation, lock of writing when data to be stored and current data are equal.
