FIELD: medicine, surgical treatment of ulcerative disease of duodenum. SUBSTANCE: proposed method resides in plugging duodenum parries lesion with greater omentum, followed by fixing the latter. After infiltrating duodenum parries with isotonic solution, duodenum parries is dissected obliquely using laparoscopy without damaging mucosa, followed by blunt-wise preparing submucous space of duodenal bulb all over area of up to 0.5 cm around wound, into which damaged portion of greater omentum has been preliminarily introduced. Finally, greater omentum portion is fixed in place. EFFECT: effective approach for treating ulcerative lesions of duodenum.
