SUBSTANCE: winch hydraulic drive has hydraulic motor 1, pressure line 2 and return line 3, hydraulic distributor 4, brake valve 5, brake hydraulic release 6 and other control and regulating devices. It has also valve 11 to control minimum speed of load lowering. Valve control space 18 is connected with pressure line 2 of hydraulic motor 1.
