FIELD: brakes of transport facilities, disk brakes in particular. SUBSTANCE: drive with automatic final adjustment has sleeve-shaped housing with bottom and casing made integral. Piston mounted in housing forms chamber which is brought in communication with working fluid source through intake passage. Shaft mounted in bottom of housing coaxially relative to piston is connected with mechanical parking brake. One thrust unit is secured on bottom of housing and other thrust unit is secured on shaft for rotation and axial displacement along it. Two supporting members are interconnected by means of thread forming adjustable support between second thrust unit and piston. Precompressed spring is mounted between thrust members secured on housing and on one of supporting members. First thrust unit is made in form of plate engageable with bottom. This unit and member are locked from axial displacement and rotation relative to housing by means of clamping member and fixing member for keeping them from rotation which are common for both of them.
