FIELD: technique of enhancing of fire effect, in particular, technique of sighting. SUBSTANCE: angle of sight visual field at shooting a guided missile is decreased from initial value β0 down to estimated value β1 after measurement of the range, and after the guided missile is brought to the aiming line it is decreased down to estimated value β2 at angular velocity β′. At the instant when the guided missile reaches the target the angle of visual field is increased up to initial value β0. The minimum value of the angle of visual field is limited proceeding from the following condition: βmin≥Ks(Bt+ldr/Dt.max),, where Ks - safety factor; Bt - maximum linear dimension of target; ldr - preset drift of guided missile from aiming line; Dt.max - maximum target range. EFFECT: enhanced fire effect. 1 dwg
