FIELD: military equipment, in particular, sighting means of fighting vehicle weapon complexes. SUBSTANCE: the device uses sighter's control panel 17, sighting mark forming unit 10 and optical forming system 12 conjugate to its first input and connected to the first output of the sighter's control panel, sighting mark lighting unit 7, whose first input is connected to the second output of the sighter's control panel, and the output - to the second input of the sighting mark forming unit, and power source 3. Besides, the sighting device uses sighting mark brightness control unit 6, adder 8, shot 22, sight type 24, guided missile type 27 and target type 25 transducers, target range unit 18, first divider 19, time relay 20, series-connected periodic signal generator 4, periodic signal frequency control limiting unit 5. Use is also made of scale variation target type transducer 25, second divider 23, whose second input is connected to the output of the sight type transducer, third divider 16, whose second inputs is connected to the third output of the guided missile type transducer, controlled switch 15, whose input is connected to the output of time relay 20, drive 14 and aperture diaphragm 11 optically integrated with its second input with the output of optical forming system 12, and with its output - with the first input of sighting mark forming unit 10.
