FIELD: medical engineering; diagnostic examinations. SUBSTANCE: polyphone uses open and closed membrane funnels, cylindrical funnel change-over switch with a longitudinal duct, located in the housing between the funnels, branch pipe connected to a T-joint through an acoustic line. The polyphone is furnished with an additional funnel communicating with the longitudinal duct eccentrically located in the housing and made in the housing on the opposite side of the branch pipe, and the change-over switch is freely installed in the housing for turning about the longitudinal axis.
