FIELD: medical engineering. SUBSTANCE: device has casing with channels, switch with radial channel and fixing member, open funnel, one closed with membrane, and the third funnel. The device is provided with longitudinal channels in the switch that are disposed bilaterally along the radial channel and have exits both on the lateral surface of the switch and on its end face. Two funnels are placed on switch end faces. The switch is mounted in the casing with limited axial movements allowed. A device version has the third funnel with membrane of less diameter and switch has three recesses for being directed to one of three funnels to simplify tuning in working with one of funnels.
