FIELD: production of fertilizers. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to technique of producing complex chemical manures on the basis of industrial wastes from production of extraction phosphoric acid containing calcium sulfate and allows producing fertilizers with prolonged activity and lowered dusting. Fertilizer grains obtained from mixture of calcium sulfate phosphosemihydrate with solution containing urea and phosphorus pentoxide 20-30 wt % each and salts of microelements (to 1-5 wt % in final product) are covered with inversely charged polyelectrolyte in amount 0.1-1% based on fertilizer weight. As a result, dusting of grains is reduced by 42- 53%, degradation rate in water by 1 7-2.2 times, and velocity of washing away of microelements by 2 times. EFFECT: improved user's quality of grains. 1 tbl
