SUBSTANCE: lamp has base with inlet holes, protective lamp glass, burner and lamp cover. Burner is provided with protective hood with holes to let out hot combustion products. Lamp is provided with additional cover whose inner surface follows the outer surface of lamp cover. Additional cover is installed on lamp cover for turning around lamp axis. Distance clips are installed on outer surface of additional cover. Through holes are made in both covers. Summary central angle of through holes is equal to 180 degrees.
