FIELD: optical instrumentation. SUBSTANCE: device testing quality of objective lens includes coherent illuminator 1 forming parallel radiation bundle, spatial filter 2 located in front focal plane of Fourier objective 5, registration plane 6 arranged in sequence along optical axis. Additional objective lens 4 is positioned between spatial filter 2 and Fourier objective 5. Spatial filter 2 is manufactured in the form of two negative lenses cut in symmetry relative to optimal axis of device and joined along line of cut which optical axes are parallel to optical axis of device. Rear focal planes of lenses are optically conjugate to front focal plane of Fourier objective 5. Field diaphragm is made in the form of opaque disc with two holes arranged without interval between them on line connecting centers of lenses of spatial filter in symmetry with reference to optical axis of device.
