In addition device has second group of n analog detectors, (n-1) analog-to- digital converters of first group and analog-to-digital converters of second group, (n-1) data processing units of first group and n data processing units of second group, second commutator, second commutator control unit, (k-1) memory unit, second buffer memory unit, two generators of information to be transmitted, two data transmission units and input-output channel.
