FIELD: radio engineering. SUBSTANCE: magnetic-electric balance attenuator which is used as detector of distortion of electromagnetic conversion is inserted at input of recording device. This results in possibility of effective suppression of distortions of electromagnetic conversion in working range. In addition distortions and noise caused by information carriers are also suppressed. System is automatically tuned to arbitrary type of magnetic carrier.
