DEVICE FOR STABILIZATION OF STEADY LEAKAGE CURRENT OF TWO-STROKE STAGE OUTPUT TRANSISTORS Russian patent published in 2008 - IPC H03F1/32 

FIELD: radio electronics, applicable for stabilization of steady leakage current of two-stroke stage output transistors and reduction of the waveform distortions of the new components at and adaptive control of the value of the steady leakage current.

SUBSTANCE: the circuitry includes a power amplified of stabilization of steady leakage current flowing through the output transistors. It is possible to adaptively control the transconductance and respectively the stage nonlinearity for reduction the waveform distortions. The device has current transducers (4, 4) connected to transistor power circuits (1, 2) current-to-voltage converters (5, 6) whose output are connected to the inputs of the voltage multiplier (7), its output signal serves as a feedback signal for control, of the shift of transistors (1, 2).

EFFECT: stabilized steady leakage current with possibility of adaptive control of its value in the dynamic mode of operation and, as a result, reduced waveform distortions.
