FIELD: production of extruded products using as dry breakfast. SUBSTANCE: method involves preparing mixture from initial ingredients and its extrusion. Used as initial ingredients are starch-containing raw material, ballast substances, products of animal and vegetable origin, flavors, and, as a source of mineral substances, fat-free bone in amount of 0.1-10.0% of mixture mass. EFFECT: higher efficiency.
