FIELD: initiation of physico-chemical reactions in gas atmosphere, including production of ozone, cleaning of gases from harmful impurities. SUBSTANCE: cleaned gas is mixed with aqueous aerosol. Gas-initiator is irradiated by beam of fast electrons and specified agents are used for action on treated cleaned gas continuously or with controlled pauses. Buffer chamber with holes in walls on side of reaction chamber and additional holes closed by foil is mounted in gear between reaction chamber and electron accelerator. Wall can be made from foil and can be covered on inside or outside by coat causing secondary electron emission. EFFECT: expanded application field, improved functional efficiency. 10 cl, 2 dwg, 1 tbl
