Mixture of regenerated mineral oil and thermostabilized product resulting from oxidation of regenerated mineral oil is preliminary treated with sodium or potassium hydroxide, has acid number 10-25 mg KOH/g, has ester number 3-15 mg KOH/g, and possesses viscosity 20-35 sq.Mm/s at 50 C.
