FIELD: organic chemistry. SUBSTANCE: the concentrate comprises 4-10% a 40-50% aqueous solution of a mixture of potassium carbonate and potassium hydroxide at their weight ratio of 1:(1-1.5); 3-10% wool oil; 1-5% polyoxyethylene glycol esters of primary C₁₀-C₂₀-fatty alcohols with 8-12 moles of ethylene oxide; 5-20% a product of sulfonation of a mixture of oxidized methyl esters of synthetic C₂₁-C₂₅-fatty acids and animal fat and/or a product of sulfonation of a mixture of methyl esters of synthetic C₁₀-C₁₈-fatty acids and fish oil created with higher C₂₁-C₂₅ fatty alcohols; 40-80% a product of condensation of polyglycols with fatty acids, dicarboxylic acids and wool oil at 170-180 C at their weight ratio of 1:(1.4-2.1): (0.33-0.43):(0.68-0.83), and mineral oil, the balance.
