FIELD: hydropower engineering; large hydroelectric power plants dispensing with dams. SUBSTANCE: four self-contained identical hydraulic turbines with disk rotor rotating, in addition, about their own axes are placed under float-mounted platform. Generators are mounted in pressurized compartment. Guy cables are joined through their thimbles to hooks of bottom ballast weights and extension cables are used for submerging of lifting the plant. All four hydraulic turbines have remote-control kinematic-link breakers with central guide pin for possible turning them to feathered position.
