Abstract RU 2080526 C1

FIELD: refrigerating engineering ; turbocompressor refrigerating plants for cooling or freezing various products used in stationary conditions in on board ships. SUBSTANCE: refrigerating plant contains at least one air refrigerating machine which includes the following components mounted on common frame: compressor 1 with drive 2, turbo-expander 3, regenerators 4 and 5 interconnected by means of two regulating devices 6 and 7 and connected with outlet of compressor 1 and inlet of turbo-expander 3 whose outlet is connected with inlet of space 8 being cooled; plant is also provided with control panel 9 and additional regulating devices. Outlet of turbo-expander 3 in connected with inlet of each space 8 being cooled and inlet of standby air refrigerating machine by means of direct heat-insulated main 10 with the aid of regulating devices 11, 12, 13 and recirculating devices 15 and 16 fitted in each branch of this main. Outlets of rooms 8 being cooled are interconnected by means of reverse heat-insulated main 17 with the aid of regulating devices 18,19 and 20; they are connected with second regulating device 7 of air refrigerating machine and outlet of standby refrigerating machine; direct heat-insulated main 10 at inlet of recirculating devices 15 and 16 is connected with reverse heat-insulated main 17 by means of regulating devices 22 and 23; outlets of recirculating devices 15 and 16 are interconnected by means of adjusting devices 24 and 25 and first regulating device 6 of air refrigerating machine and outlet discharging air to atmosphere. Each regulating device mounted at inlet and outlet of direct and reverse mains 10 and 17 of each room 8 being cooled is electrically connected with respective temperature sensors 26,27,28 and 29 fitted for example in reverse main 17; regulating devices and temperature sensors are connected control panel 9. Recirculating device of air refrigerating turbocompressor refrigerating plant is made in form of ejector. Recirculating device of other version is made in form of fan. Regulating devices of air turbocompressor refrigerating plant are made in form of adjustable dampers. EFFECT: enhanced efficiency. 4 cl, 1 dwg ed
