FIELD: plants for producing cold, heat and mechanical energy. SUBSTANCE: power plant includes overexpansion turbine, aftercompressor and heat exchange apparatuses. Stationary flow-through portions of turbine and compressor are divided with the aid of walls by ducts for two heat transfer agents. Said ducts are communicated with ducts of heat exchange apparatuses in such a way that cooling of air is realized in two ducts of turbine at the same pressure values. In variant of invention when drive unit of plant is gas turbine engine, input branch pipe of gas turbine engine is connected with ducts of heat exchanger of cold user. It provides air cooling before compressor of gas turbine engine and increases efficiency of plant. In other variants of invention before ducts of turbine combustion chambers are mounted; said chambers are communicated with ducts of heat exchanging apparatuses recovering heat of effluent gases. Such plant allows to increase cooling factor by 18% at temperature of heat transfer agent t= minus 70 C without complication of plant design.
