FIELD: sound emitting devices. SUBSTANCE: device has piezoelectric element which one end is mounted on base and which another end carries first end of first flexible rod in perpendicular to axis of piezoelectric element. Second end of first flexible rod carries first striker. In addition device has second flexible rod which one end is attached to first striker or to first flexible rod in close proximity to first striker at acute angle to first flexible rod.
