SUBSTANCE: piezoelectric bell uses a piezoelectric element, fastener, first mechanical vibrator, second vibrator having strikers secured on it and made symmetrical in the plane of longitudinal axial section relative to its longitudinal axis with a curvilinear surface along the mentioned axis; the second mechanical vibrator is made hollow, the piezoelectric element is installed in the space of the second mechanical vibrator and connected with it through the side surfaces; the piezoelectric element is made symmetrical in the plane of longitudinal axial section of the second mechanical vibrator relative to the longitudinal axis of the second mechanical vibrator. The fastener is connected with the internal or external side of the lateral wall of the second mechanical vibrator in the area of the nodal point of mechanical displacements.
