Abstract RU 2080740 C1

FIELD: radio communication, radio and hydraulic direction finding. SUBSTANCE: device has receiving unit which inputs are connected in parallel and each which is designed as serial circuit of balanced filter and squarer. Input and output of these units are input and output of corresponding receiving unit. In addition device has first unit which selects maximal signal, which inputs are connected to first half of receiving units and output is first output of device. In addition device has serial circuit of threshold signal generator, multiplier and first comparison unit which output is second output of device. In addition device has two subtraction units, two minimal signal selection units, second comparison unit, commutator, which first and second outputs are connected to second inputs of respectively first comparison unit and multiplier. In addition device has second maximal signal selection unit which inputs are connected to outputs of second half of receiving units. Inputs and output of first maximal signal selection unit are connected respectively to outputs of first half of receiving units and first input of first subtraction unit, which second input and output are connected respectively to output of first maximal signal selection unit and first inputs of commutator and second comparison unit. Inputs and output of second minimal signal selection unit are connected to outputs of second half of receiving units and first input of second subtraction unit, which second input and output are connected respectively to output of second minimal signal selection unit and second inputs of commutator and second comparison unit, which output is connected to control input of commutator and is third output of device. In addition output of second maximal signal selection unit is fourth output of device. Two subtraction units, two minimal signal selection units, second maximal signal selection unit, second comparison unit, and commutator provide possibility to decrease dynamic range of signals to be processed. In addition use of operation of maximal or minimal signal selection instead of addition provides possibility to eliminate losses. EFFECT: simplified design, increased precision. 1 dwg
