SUBSTANCE: device includes a FFT processor (1); a cosine transform circuit (2); a sine transform circuit(3); a digital delay line (4); first, second, third and fourth multipliers (5, 10, 17 and 18); first and second square-ware generators (6, 7); a storage (8); an adder (9); an averaging ratio storage register 1/H (11); a subtractor circuit (12); a maximum selection circuit (13); a storage (14) having M inputs; an electronic switch (15); a comparator circuit (16); averaging ratio storage register 1/M (19); a storage register for the value of a function which determines the detection threshold (20).

EFFECT: providing a constant value of the false alarm probability at the output of the detector regardless of change in the noise signal environment at the input of the receiver owing to an additional coherent signal processing channel, which enables to measure average variance of overall interference in the detection channel regardless of the presence of a signal therein, which improves reliability of detection results.
