FIELD: light illumination devices. SUBSTANCE: method involves generation of lamp torch from tube which ends are directed in same direction, covering tube with luminescent coating, mounting and attaching current terminals and pressing torch by means of mechanism which is designed as two symmetrical cranks with symmetrical sponge which are filled with working gas.
