FIELD: devices for man moving over vertical ropes. SUBSTANCE: the essence of the invention consists in rigid fixing of feet in foot supports, fastening of shoes to supports without help by hands. Rigid fixing becomes possible due to the fact that heel of operator's working shoes is pressed to support shaft by flexible plate-type hold-down of counter regulated to the size of heel to preclude longitudinal motion of shoes on support with nose inclined downward. To prevent separation of shoe from support when lifting the upward motion bar by foot, the support has flexible plate-type hold-down of shoe cap (arch). Fastening of shoes to supports without help by hands is accomplished due to rounded-off free end of flexible plate-type hold-down. To move the foot onto support, it should be turned through 90 deg with respect to support, and inserted, first, heel into support between shaft and hold-down of counter, then, foot is to be turned to bring the shoe cap to under hold-down. Both hold-downs reliably hold the shoe on support. To release the shoe from support, reverse the procedure. EFFECT: higher efficiency. 3 cl, 2 dwg
