FIELD: fine-grinding mills. SUBSTANCE: mills for fine grinding, mechanical activation, performing mechanochemical reactions, and also for rolling-up and capsulation of processed powder materials. Grinding body 6 of epicyclic mill takes the form of monolithic vertical cylinder with displaced center of gravity which is eccentrically fastened in center of grinding drum 4 with clearance relative to inner wall of drum for possible rotation around vertical axle 7 secured in center of grinding drum and passing through vertical hole in grinding body. Rotation is effected due to centrifugal force and developed energy. EFFECT: high efficiency. 2 cl, 4 dwg
