FIELD: production of polymeric film material. SUBSTANCE: material is made of composition, that has following components, mas.pts: styrene-butadiene block copolymer with styrene concentration 30-100%, paraffin or ceresin, 1-3; and polymethylsiloxane liquid with kinematic viscosity of 95-105 cSt, 0.6-0.9; inside the material is reinforced with fiber glass fabric. As a version, composition additionally has Vaseline oil in amount of 2-6 mas. pts. Fiber glass fabric is impregnated with solution of composition in toluene with concentration of 10-20% and with following drying under temperature of 100 C. Film has characteristics: transmittance in different ranges of spectrum, %: 9-10 (IR 7-16 mcm), 65-70 (UV 320-400 nm), 39-45 (UV 290-330 nm) physical active. 390-710 nn 75-77 %, mechanical strength, MPa, of base: before aging - 49-43, after aging - 40-45; relative lengthening, %, of base: before aging - 20-32, after aging - 10-28.
