SUBSTANCE: material is based on polyethylene, includes optically active additive based on yttrium-europium oxisulfide with general formula Y2-xEuxO2S1±0,2 where x=0.001-0.1 (0.05-0.5%), and is distinguished by additionally containing 0.1-1.0% of organic photoactive filler based on amino-derivatives of butanedioic acid, weight ratio of inorganic photoactive additive to organic photoactive filler ranging from 1:2 to 2:1.
