FIELD: rock crushing equipment. SUBSTANCE: this is for crushing rock, concrete and other similarly hard materials. First blast-hole is drilled in rock or concrete, then specially designed charge of explosive material or rocket fuel is ignited to produce gas which is injected into blast-hole by means of outfit constructed for this purpose. To achieve crushing effect, gas pressure in blast-hole is increased until cone-shape cracks are produced and extended from bottom corner of blast-hole to surface of material subject to crushing.
