FIELD: air-cooled carburetor internal combustion engines with a flywheel magneto ignition system. SUBSTANCE: electronic ignition system uses flywheel 5, rotating together with crankshaft 2, with a base coupled through a mechanical fixture to magnetic system 6 furnished with a permanent magnet, pole pieces installed in the magnetic screen, and a fixed electronic unit with a charging ignition coil located on the external side of flywheel 5. The permanent magnet is connected to the pole pieces, installed in the magnetic screen, poured over with an alloy and fixed to the base. The novelty in the ignition device is in the design of the magnetic system, which has a permanent magnet, spring-loaded along the pole surfaces of the pole pieces by spring members provided in the magnetic screen; the pole pieces are inclined, and the base is made in the form of a balancing slot located in a steel ring installed in the air fan flywheel and connecting to the magnetic system through mounting members engageable with the mechanical fixture. The magnet is connected to the pole pieces at installation in the magnetic screen by spring-loading by members installed in the magnetic screen; prior to pouring-over the magnetic system is fastened in such a way that it is removed from the base at a distance of the maximum magnetic leakage. EFFECT: improved design. 2 cl, 15 dwg
