Attachment members 10 and 11 of working members 4 and chisel 6 are made in form of bushings installed for turning relative to longitudinal axle 12 or 13 and fixing in parts 14. Posts 5 have seats for deformers 7, 8 and 9 in front side 15 and rear side 16. Axles 12 and 13 of attachment members 10 and 11 of post 5 of chisels 6 are parallel to each other and inclined relative to horizontal with apex of angles pointed forward.
