FIELD: agricultural engineering. SUBSTANCE: device has mounting 11 with support wheel 2, frame formed by cross bar 3 and longitudinal bare 4 rigidly coupled with diagonal bar 5. Working members 6 are mounted on bar 5. Working members are provided with vertical coupling with bar. They carry crank with pins on their ends to connect coupling unit of working member 6 with diagonal bar 5 by means of parallel tie-rod 11. Device has also hydraulic cylinders 12 and 13. Diagonal bar 5 with working members 6 has front part 14 and rear part 15 connected by hinge joint 16 in horizontal plane and furnished with power mechanism 17 for turning rear part 15 of bar 4. Power mechanism rod 18 is connected with crank-stop 19 coupled with rear part 15 of diagonal bar by means of lock, when this part is in operating position. Stop-lock 20 of rear part 15 of bar 5 mounted on cross bar 3 serves to lock rear part in travelling-operating-symmetrical position. Support wheel 2 is connected by vertical hinge joint 21 with longitudinal bar 4 and is connected with hinge joint 23 of mounting by means of three-link mechanism 22. Cross bar 3 rigidly coupled with longitudinal bar 4 and front part 13 of diagonal bar 5 is provided with vertical force tie 24 with mounting 1 and rod 25 of parallelogram mechanism 26 with parallelogram mechanism 27 of working members 6. Posts of working members are straight-flat and are provided with chisel cutters-deformers. Tie-rod 25 of parallelogram mechanism 26 connecting mounting 1 with parallelogram mechanism 27 of working members 6 is made up of two plates for turning of one of plates through 180 degrees and fixing with attachment members and posts of last working member when rear part 14 of diagonal bar 5 is turned into travelling position.
