FIELD: agricultural engineering. SUBSTANCE: apparatus has L-shaped lever 2 mounted on thresher side. Tension roller 1 with sector and movable stop are mounted on upper end of lever 2. Apparatus further has adjustable rigidity return spring 3 , variable length tie-rod 4, hydraulic cylinder 5 and intermediate support 6 positioned on thresher side. Hydraulic cylinder 5 is pivotally connected with lever 7 through pivot joint positioned transverse to drive belt and with intermediate support 6 through longitudinal pivot joint 21. Adjustable tie-rod connected with longitudinal pivot joint 21 is mounted on thresher side through transverse pivot joint. EFFECT: increased efficiency, simplified construction and enhanced reliability in operation. 3 dwg
