FIELD: milk industry and agriculture. SUBSTANCE: miniline has washing apparatus formed as electrochemical water activation unit and separator, whose outlets are connected with inclined pipelines through removable feeding trays. All devices of miniline are mounted on single movable base. Miniline is further provided with butter churn. Such construction allows compact miniline to be created and ecologically clean, low waste products, such as cream, sour cream, butter, pasteurized milk, curd etc, to be obtained. EFFECT: increased efficiency, wider range of process designs and products, minimum product loss, reduced labor intensity and production costs. 3 cl, 1 dwg
