FIELD: dairy industry. SUBSTANCE: line is made up of three sections. A milk receiving and processing section and a filling and product-storage section are interconnected in succession while the section for receiving and processing of containers is arranged parallel with the first two. The milk receiving and processing section comprises a can-emptying device, apparatuses for making liquid milk products and apparatuses for preparation of curd and curd products. The filling and product-storage section comprises filling devices, a metering- and-packing device, and a cooling chamber. The line may be equipped with a separator positioned between the can-emptying device and the apparatuses for making liquid milk products, also a cooled counter for sale of finished products and an installation for sanitary treatment of equipment.
