FIELD: sports equipment. SUBSTANCE: method involves creating simultaneously in three working cylinders one of three operating modes by providing by-passing of working fluid in cylinders. At first working mode, working fluid by-passing device does not prevent working fluid from by-passing, at second mode it prevents working fluid from by-passing, at third mode working fluid is by-passed in case pressure difference between cylinders occurs in direct proportion to applied stress.
