FIELD: transport.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to aircraft engineering and may be used for short runways of ground airfields and aircraft carriers. Proposed complex comprises at least one working cylinder accommodating piston, shuttle with hook, control system, working medium feed system including generator and/or accumulator of working medium, arrester gear deck receiver, takeoff ski jump and landing optical system lights. Besides, it comprises at least one working cylinder with one end cover to accommodate one- or two-way piston equipped with at least one power cable, drum distribution mechanism and rope-and-pulley system. Working medium accumulator is equipped with or not equipped with moving booster piston. Ski jump is equipped with or not equipped with catapult. Aft and/or side board is equipped with at least receiver outrigger with mechanism for adjustment of inclination to runway. Said outrigger is equipped with carriage guides, said carriage supporting alignment with U- or V-like beam arrangement. Beam top is equipped with receiving cable. Aircraft hook bar may be elongated. Hook may be or may be no equipped with roller.
EFFECT: use of one universal drive with decreased weight and overall dimensions for catapult and/or arrester gear.
