FIELD: division of apparatuses for finely dividing of microheterogeneous compositions in chemical, food, perfumery and medical industries. SUBSTANCE: the offered mixer has body with cover on which inlet is located. Body accommodates shaft coaxial with inlet. Rotor is mounted on shaft and consists of two changeable concentric rings. Inner ring has working members in form of pins, and outer ring has several rows of through holes. Stator is secured in body and has three rows of changeable concentric rings. Working members of outer and inner rings are made in form of pins, and middle ring has several rows of through holes. Working members of all rings are displaced relative to one another through half the spacing between them. All rings of rotor and stator have the same number of working members. Rotor shaft seal unit is removable. EFFECT: highly reliable in operation and provides for high quality of final products. 2 dwg
