FIELD: plants for realization of processes of grinding, mixing, emulsifying, dispersion, homogenizing, aeration, foaming and heat treatment; applicable in dairy, food pharmaceutical and other industries. SUBSTANCE: plant for production of fluid-flow multicomponent mixtures relates to apparatuses of rotary-pulsation type and has body with inlet and outlet pipes, rotor located on vertical shaft coaxially with inlet pipe and fixed in body stator, concentric working members with through radial bores with different number of working members on stator and rotor, device for regulation of gap between rotor and stator, and shaft sealing unit. Working surfaces of rotor and stator have trapezoidal bosses. Installed above inlet pipe is vessel with warmth-keeping jacket. Projecting end of vertical shaft is introduced into vessel cavity and provided with additional working members. Plant allows production of fluid-flow multicomponent mixtures with a wide range of treatment of fluid-flow systems different in composition and nature, particularly, for simultaneous dispersion, homogenizing, heat treatment (heating and cooling of solutions, emulsions, suspensions and pastes) and foaming of fluid-flow media.
