DEVICE FOR FILTRATION Russian patent published in 1997 - IPC

FIELD: devices for filtration of suspensions, used in chemical, mechanical engineering, food-processing, sugar and other branches of industry. SUBSTANCE: device has stationary body, flat plates fixed on body and used for swirling of suspension by cylindrical filtering drum mounted with capability to rotate. Inside drum there is shaft and hollow shaft connected with drum. Inside hollow insert blades are fixed connected by ring and disk with blades is mounted on shaft. Canal for filtrate passing is made curvilinear. Device allows to increase productivity and to expand its functional capabilities due to decrease of hydraulic losses and improvement of its design. EFFECT: device has high productivity and it is convenient in assembly, installation and setting-up. 1 dwg
