FIELD: casting production, installation is used for continuous casting of nonferrous metals and alloys. SUBSTANCE: installation for continuous casting of nonferrous metals and alloys has casting wheel with spout, endless metal strip, guiding roller, idler roller, cooling system. Inside casting wheel spout there is additional roller contacting spout side walls and entering spout for depth equal to 0.38 - 0.77 of spout height. Cooling system is made in the form of sprinkler, that is cooling metal strip of casting wheel inner cavity filled with coolant washing bottom part of spout, and spray coolers, that are washing spout outer side walls. Spout outer side part and its bottom outer part have developed surfaces, for example, ribbed or corrugated. Upper part of spout has flange and between it and spout side wall there is fillet.
