FIELD: vibration nut-setters. SUBSTANCE: exciter of torsional vibrations is made in form of two handwheels 5 and 11 interconnected by mechanism 6 of variable speed of rotation and planetary reduction gear 9. Carrier 14 is directly connected with spindle 15. During free screwing-on of nut, rotary motion from drive 3 through flywheel 5, mechanism 6, central gear 8 is transmitted to satellites 12 which rotate carrier 14 having mass considerably smaller than that of flywheel 11. At the moment of touching the end of the tightened article by nut, carrier 14 stops, flywheel starts rotating to actuate the exciter of torsional vibrations to accomplish vibration tightening of threaded joint.
