VIBRATION TYPE NUT DRIVER Russian patent published in 2002 - IPC

Abstract RU 2182533 C2

FIELD: manual portable tools with power drive for assembling- disassembling threaded joints. SUBSTANCE: vibration type nut driver includes housing with control knob; drive placed in housing and having outlet shaft; rotary oscillation exciter connected with outlet shaft. Rotary oscillation exciter is in the form of two flywheels mutually joined by means of mechanism with variable revolution number and planetary reduction gear. Carrier of planetary reduction gear is directly joined with spindle of nut driver having end head for wrench. Rotary oscillation flywheel placed at side of planetary reduction gear is provided with braking device. It is possible to adjust amplitude of vibration member of nut driver. EFFECT: enhanced operational reliability of nut driver. 1 dwg
