FIELD: hydraulic engineering. SUBSTANCE: method is employed in erection and operation of structures made up of loose materials. Selected on hydraulically-filled structures is optimal area for location of sites and road is built which limits given site in embankment with its perimeter ends adjoining barrage of hydraulically-filled bank. Site which is contoured around by roads is provided for period of excavating deposits with stationary systems for water-lowering and dust suppression which on completion of excavating operations are repositioned to adjacent site symmetrically to road section. Excavation of deposits on site is performed under road base with simultaneous dismantling of part of contour road which is most distantly located from adjacent discharge of slurry with replacement of road material to adjacent section according to mirror-like scheme. In this case, adjacent part of road becomes common for both sites and is operated twice without dismantling. EFFECT: high efficiency. 1 dwg
