Body is installed with possibility for vertical and longitudinal reciprocal movement relative to floats. Due to this embodiment, device can move on dry surface by alternately resting on ground surface by its body and floats. When device is located on water surface covered with oil, rotating brushes collect oil and facility for removing oil from brushes directs oil into collecting reservoir.
