FIELD: heat recovery methods. SUBSTANCE: recovery system contains heat exchange apparatus having air thermocompressor 5 which used for cooling the flue gases through condensation. System includes first fan 10 which creates first flow C1 of air circulating in boiler room through air thermocompressor 5; air is also circulated through heat exchanger 4 where heat exchange with flue gases takes place. Second flow C2 of circulating air is created by means of flue gas fan 7 which is used to evacuate flue gases from boiler by means of suction, thus creating reduced pressure in boiler room and admitting fresh air flowing through heat exchanger 4. Low pressure is maintained at side of heat exchanger 4 where mixture of air with flue gases (flow C2) is admitted; increased pressure is maintained on opposite side of heat exchanger 4 where cooling air of boiler room (flow C1) is circulated owing to which flue gases escape to open atmosphere through heat exchanger 4 at all times.
